12: Surrogacy with Guest Jennifer Lahl

In this podcast, RO Lopez and BN Klein are joined by Jennifer Lahl, president of the Center for Bioethics and Culture, who is a leading advocate for banning surrogacy. Surrogacy is the practice of contracting a woman who rents her uterus as part of a contract to deliver a child (usually to an infertile or gay couple). The issue is urgent currently because of the death of "Brooke", a surrogate mother in Idaho who bled to death when her placenta tore as she was about to deliver twins for a Spanish couple.
